I have a small, red patch of skin on my arm. its slightly raised from the rest of my skin. it doesnt itch or hurt, but it doesnt have much feeling, like how calluses dont have much feeling. what could cause this?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination, Try using an emollient on the lesion. If that does not help in a week or so, and if you have more symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
