My husband had had a twitch under his eye that he doesn't notice but other people do for over a month now. it is definitely more noticable when you have enough light. he also had some tongue fasculations. he is 37. i'm worried about als?

Fasciculation alone is not a sign of ALS. If you are worry too much, he should be evaluated by a neurologist.

Highly likely that the eye "twitch" is secondary to myokymia, a benign and self-limited condition. He is young for ALS, and the cardinal confirming symptoms are not mentioned. To be reassured, have your husband see his primary doctor and dispense with concerns.
