You may need: to get checked for a blood clot or muscle injury. Or you may need to avoid dehydration :) Common muscle problems include hypokalemia (low potassium), hypomagnesemia (low magnesium), and restless leg syndrome. Twitching of eyelids are similar. I would only worry about ALS if you have accelerated muscle spasms followed by progressive weakness upwards. Go see a healthcare provider to get tests.
