A member asked:

Been twitching for 8 months- mainly nose, eyes, and now all over. labs are good, but being sent to neuro. does this sound like bfs? scared of als.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle twitching : Benign fasciculation syndrome, caffeine overuse, and Lyme disease come to mind. ALS usually causes forearm atrophy and twitching before it affects the face. You need an MRI of the brain. You need to get your best answer from a neurologist who sees you in person.
