I'm 25, female. i have a severe phobia of als. i had enmg and lots neurologists checked me, but now im afraid of bulbar form,i focused on my tongue and it started twitching and my tongue and mouth are tense, i have trouble spaking.others don't see it?

Seriously doubt you have ALS or any other motor neuron disease. You may have other problems with your tongue and mouth, and would urge consulting with dentist and otolaryngologist. Your "severe phobia" needs to be addressed with a psychologist.
