Having burnig sensations throughout head and abdominal/chest. typically the size of a quarter, but multiple spots (10 or more) at the same time. with my mother having ms, should this be a concern? my brain mri showed no signs of it being passed on?

If you were checked for MS and had a neg MRI then these symptoms are not from it. If they persist you should see a Neurologist.

MS is not a genetic disorder and risk factors from Mother should not affect you! The described burning sensations are not typical of a demyelinating disorder. However, you could consider early fibromyalgia, or small fiber neuropathy, or even developing complex regional pain syndrome. Neurological consultation, if not yet done, might help.
