?spinal cord: Multiple sclerosis can involve both brain and spinal cord, and you could have involvement of the latter, even with normal spinal fluid at this point. Other considerations should be included, as you need to get this pinned down. Suggest, an EMG to evaluate peripheral nerves, series of blood studies to assess other diagnoses, and a cervical MRI to more fully evaluate ms.

MS or not MS?: Iit is hard to find the cause of a symptom of tingling. The changes on your MRI could be related to your symptoms. When the LP is negative, it does not mean you do not have MS, but one must consider other causes, such as a virus of some kind, or other medical illnesses. It may help you to have some symptomatic treatment of your symptoms, maybe a nerve conduction study and a follow up mri.
