Plenty good: Uric acid can crystallize at 6.8 mg/dl. We typically shoot to keep levels less than 6.0 mg/dl. 5.2 is quite acceptable.

5.2 is a great : Level to prevent future attacks. Uloric has been shown to actually get rid of tophi. I am not surety at just lowering the uric acid actually gets rid of prior tophaseous deposits.
