Yes.: Good nutritional support is critical, so talk with your doctor about increased uric acid levels and what foods to avoid or limit. You proably should be on either Allopurinol or uloric. The specific supplement you are taking is not harmful!

I am not : Sure of the active ingredients in this particular vitamin. However, i would caution you to look for any Niacin in there as this hs been linked to making gout worse, elevating uric acid.

Multivit and gout: Yes. No problem. Othrr rx : Take in tart cherry juice and tart cherries, 20/day. Add Lemon extract 4 tblspns / day. Avoid alcohol, animal fats, organ meats, anchovies, sardines, tuna, salmon, and shellfish. Limit other meats to 4 oz per day. Avoid high fructose corn syrup containing drinks and foods.
