I am not : Sure of the active ingredients in this particular vitamin. However, i would caution you to look for any Niacin in there as this hs been linked to making gout worse, elevating uric acid.

Multivit and gout: Yes. No problem. Othrr rx : Take in tart cherry juice and tart cherries, 20/day. Add Lemon extract 4 tblspns / day.
