Your joint problem seems severe, not typically osteoarthritis, but it could be caused by your kidney disease. The joint problem in advanced kidney disease could be due to secondary hyperparathyroidism or crystal induced (calcium related) joint disease, not pure osteoarthritis. Your kidney doctor should help you with this specific problem.
