I am a healthy and fit 19 year old male but whenever i sleep more than 7.5 or 8 hrs, i wake up with soreness in my arms and legs and lower back. its not extremely painful but just feels sore everywhere. could this be growing pains or something else?

Growing pains stop when you reach skeletal maturity at 17-18 in males. What your issues are will require more history and an exam along with testing.

Agree with Dr Ferguson that this is not growing pains. Could be soreness from sleeping in 1 position for a long time especially if you are a sound sleeper and don’t move around much. Also could be from the working out it sounds like you may be doing. You could try different pillow or mattress, but if it continues, please discuss with your doctor.
