Expensive junk: If you're getting HCG by injection, you're either getting it on the black market (so who knows what you're injecting into your body), or from a doctor who should have his license revoked. Hct doesn't induce weight loss, and who can afford it the rest of their life even if it did? Anyone can lose weight on a 500 calorie/day diet. No wonder you're hungry. Want to live that way forever?

Yes: You must follow the diet originally created by dr. Simeon. If you are getting hungry than you are not on real HCG or the proper dose. The only way to do this diet is under supervision of a qualified physician and strict adherence to the original 500 calorie diet. When done the right way, you will not be hungry. The wrong nuts have high fat content which is counter to the diet.
