A member asked:

I have hypothyroidism and can't seem to lose weight. i rarely get hungry so i've added meal replacement shakes to my diet & 1 meal. what's wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypothyroidism: people with hypothyroidism tend to gain weight, thyroid hormone replacement is often prescribed for it, the dose should be adjusted based on the TSH result, also may need some exercise and diet change
