A member asked:

Heart palpitations come and go. had holter monitor, echo, and bloods. holter caught the palps when i was having them. doctor said all is normal. what can i do to stop the heart palpitations? they come and go. i can go a month without them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Palpitations are not always due to a heart problem. You had extensive testing to find the cause and no abnormality was found. However, when the doctor said "all was normal" , it does not tell you whether you have a minor arrhythmia. It is important for you to get a more detailed answer than "all is normal" for reassurance. If you smoke or use alcohol, stop. Seems likely that all is indeed normal
