Palpitations are not always due to a heart problem. You had extensive testing to find the cause and no abnormality was found. However, when the doctor said "all was normal" , it does not tell you whether you have a minor arrhythmia. It is important for you to get a more detailed answer than "all is normal" for reassurance.
