48 hr holter, echo, ekgs, blood tests - all good. still having heart palpitations that started randomly. i work out, do yoga, eat super healthy, drink plenty of water. i do have anxiety. what else can i do to get rid of palps? they scare me so much?

You need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist for controlling the anxiety disorder. Palpitation is one of the most common symptoms of anxiety disorder.

Did you experience palpitations while wearing the Holter monitor & if you did, did the tracing show arrhythmia at the time you noted palpitations on your diary? If no cardiac arrhythmia was demonstrated, then you were merely feeling a prominent beat which does occur with stress and anxiety. If you didn't experience palpitations during the 48 hours of monitoring, wear an event monitor long term
