I have been masturbating prone for many years and fear i may have ed. who/ which type of doctor should i speak to, to treat this? preferably coverable by health insurance. thank you?

Thank you for this question, it is a more common problem than you might think! The best place to start (that would be covered) would be primary care. This is a problem they could start investigating and then refer you (if needed) to the correct specialist.

If you have an erection and masturbate you do not have ED. ED at your age is rare. If you want to see an MD a Urologist would be the right one. Insurance coverages vary so it is hard for me to tell you but most should cover it. Some require a referal from your primary.
