Handy Tip: The handiest tip i can give you is to stop smoking marijuana, especially if your allergies are severe enough to use 120 ml of chlorpheniramine syrup a day. You're way overdosing on antihistamines, which could be very sedating as well as constipating and more -- even without adding marijuana to it. See your physician about your abuse of both substances -- and allergies if you have them.

Dangerous mixture : Antihistamine abuse is associated with respiratory failure. Asking for help is an awesome first step! your cocktail concoction is a recipe for disaster. Please seek help from a drug/alcohol counselor and addiction physician. Your are clearly an addict and need help to recover and survive.
