I think your chances of an ICU admission related to past covid approach zero. If you cannot accept the facts, you need to find a life couch/counselor to sort out your feelings and learn some stress management skills. While you learn you may uncover some unrelated triggers that make you so fatalistic.

You are past the time of serious illness from Covid. Get Covid vaccination in 6 weeks and get boosters as advised by your doctor. Also get HPV and Flu vaccines.

A large number of COVID-19 former patients do struggle with cognitive and/or emotional sequelae, and this can be handled readily with counseling. Have found success with cognitive-behavioral therapies and/ or biofeedback.
