Im on day 5 of covid & my anxiety is through the roof thinking im going to get a really bad case & end up in the hospital or die. i havent had a fever or headache. pulse ox never goes below 95. i have a cough & fatigued. im scared. likelyhood?

If you are 38 and in good health, the likelyhood of this getting really bad is about 1 in 100. That means 99 chances out of 100 you'll be fine. But, if you are that 1 in 100, then you are. Make sure you don't smoke or vape, get plenty of rest and eat healthy, drinking lots of water every day. Keep monitoring your vital signs as you have. You are doing well and having minimal symptoms. I don't think you have reason to think that you will have a severe case but if you are not having fever or headache you are having a relatively asymptomatic course. Having said that , you are entering the period when the symptoms may worsen. Given your age, lack of symptoms you should do well. Hang in there! Seek medical attention as needed.
