Yes. There have been reports of Bell's palsy associated with COVID infection, but it is very rare. Is your anxiety over potential COVID infection? or over Bell's palsy. Bell's palsy is usually transient if it is due to a virus infection, and also as you know, an overwhelming majority of people do recover completely from COVID, unless you have one or more of the risk factors.

Not clear that Bell's palsy is directly caused by COVID-19 virus, and usually, the viral agent is Herpes Simplex or Zoster. Cannot exclude a secondary activation of a dormant virus during a COVID-19 infection, so, this would be regarded as a co-morbidity. Regardless, event is VERY RARE.
