What will cause my left side of my belly button which is sharp to the left side of my back?

I assume you're describing pain around the navel which radiates to the left side around to the back. Any tenderness? Any evidence if an umbilical hernia? Any bowel or urinary symptoms? Any rash to suggest shingles? If a rash appears see your MD. Otherwise an abdominal surgeon or a gastroenterologist could also examine and advise you.
