Difficult to say…: with only the information available here. Obviously you have had multiple gastrointestinal procedures done in the past. Did they show any reason for your pain? Are you having fevers or chills? Are you having any change in your bowel habits or bleeding? If this acute pain is severe, I would recommend going to the emergency room.

Pain: These symptoms may reflect a kidney stone or a kidney infection. It is atypical for kidney pain to reflect to the navel, but the other symptoms you describe suggest kidney and ureteral pain. The other possibility is an ovarian cyst problem or pelvic tube infection. I recommend you be evaluated sooner than Monday.

Constipation?: Sounds like gas pain, which is usually associated with constipation. make sure you are not constipated. Try to go to Bath room and a good bowl movement may provide good relief. You haven't mentioned any urine problem . may try over the counter medication like Zantac (ranitidine) 150 twice day If the problem get severe please go to an urgent care facility
