There is no blood in stool, fever. i get occasional sharp twinge left side of belly button now and then that last only seconds intervals for few mins at night then goes away completely. what are the causes of this pain in women(not constipated)?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. An umbilical or peri-umbilical hernia could cause such symptoms. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
