Exam needed: These symptoms are concerning and I recommend that your obstetrician examine and advise you. After the assessment he/she may refer you to an abdominal surgeon, urologist or gastroenterologist depending upon findings. Concerns are complications of pregnancy,diverticulitis,hernia or urinary tract pathology.
