The Covid injection can cause enlargement of the axillary lymph nodes but only on the side(right or left) where the injection was given. If you have enlarged lymph nodes on the opposite side, that should be examined by a physician. A lot depends on the size of the lymph nodes. This can be further verified by doing an Ultrasound examination of the axillary lymph nodes.

Watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
