I've had a weak tickly dry cough since september 22. i also have mildly painful swollen neck and collarbone lymph nodes that come and go as well as bouts of fatigue. i tested negative for covid/flu/mono, no fever, and clear cxray. what can it be? 20m?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. One item to consider is infectious mononucleosis and it can be diagnosed with a blood test. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
