7+ macro hematuria, er trip on day 3 ct showed non obstructing kidney stone in left 4mm and right 5.5mm kidneys, neg uti, mono (10e3) high .8 max ref. is it fine to let this go as er indicated or is more evaluation needed?

There is nothing such thing as 7+ macro hematuria. I think you mean you had gross hematuria. It seems that you did not have any flank pain and you only went to ER because of the gross hematuria and kidney stones are detected by CT. It is rare, but possible, to see a case of gross hematuria due to kidney stone without renal colic. You are OK for now but you need to see a urologist for future care.

Stones in both kidneys needs evaluation. Pl see a Urologist. In the meantime make sure you drink plenty of water.
