How do i clean the inside of my nose piercing without cotton swabs ?

It's okay to use cotton swabs if you are careful. Just keep the area clean with soap and water and apply an antibacterial ointment such as Neosporin or Bacitracin twice a day until the pierced skin heals.

Hello. Try to avoid Neosporin inside your nose. Stick with Bacitracin. I have seen some nasty reactions to topical neosporin. Neomycin can be quite allergenic.
