My fully healed nose piercing with a bump on it started bleeding while i was cleaning it. is it infected?

Maybe: Very difficult to say without an exam. An infection would typically have red skin around the site. Bleeding by itself doesn't necessarily mean there is an infection. If you're concerned, see a primary care doctor for an exam, and proper evaluation. Hope this helps!
