With a nose piercing infection how long do i have to clean my nose till the infection is gone?

Antibiotic.: Cleaning might not be enough; some of the bacteria involved in piercing infections are nasty, particularly on the nose, which is loaded with all sorts of bacteria - and noses are not supposed to have holes in them. If you've removed the jewelry and cleaned carefully for 2-3 days and it's still infected, see a doctor & see if you need an antibiotic.
