I know this might be a weid question. but from time to time i stick a q-tip cotton swab up my nose because i like the feeling when i sneez. can traces of cotton go through and up, and cause problems with my sinuses? can it be dangerous? please answer?

Residual cotton from a cotton bud can sit around and become coated by nasal mucus. It would then be a host for odor producing bacteria and a localized infection. You would likely shed it over time with a sneeze. Not all things that feel good are good things to continue doing.
