That depends on type: Of nose piercing. A piercing through the septum (cartilage) will likely be significantly more painful then one through nares tissue. But, i would be more focused on things that can occur after it is done. You can have heavy bleeding w formation of a septal hematoma. Also consider the significant deformity that can result from complications like necrosis of the nasal wall or perichondritis. I >>.
