From time to time i stick a q-tip cotton swab up my nose because i like the feeling of sneezing. i know this might be a weid question. but can this lead to sinus infections and foul smell in nose. or anything else dangerous?

I don't recommend inserting Q tips into the nasal cavities. The membranes are delicate and there's danger of introducing harmful bacteria or other pathogens as well. Try some noninvasive techniques to deal with your sneezing.
