Idk how this happened but i urinated while dreaming about it. a little urine came to mattress. i put water and detergent on it. does it mean, my mattress isnt sterile and safe anymore and it contains bacteria from urine? i've bv?

You can clean it with whatever you have on hand, blow it dry with a hair dryer or let it sun dry & air it out. Any germs that may be there to begin with will die out with this effort. None will survive long after they dry out. If this is an occasional thing look into a pee shield mattress cover. They sell them for all sized mattresses. I would consider it safe after these things are done.
