There was urine on my antibacterial mattress. i washed the spot with detergent and water. after 8 hours i washed it with water and blowdried. would the bacteria that where in urine manage to spread on the whole mattress, cause i only washed the spot?

Normal urine should not have any pathogenic bacteria when it first comes out. Sitting out in the open, fungus, bacteria and other organisms can land on and grow on the urine. if you are concerned about general bacteria, viruses, etc , spray the entire mattress surface lightly with lysol and let it dry.
