I am being treated for mrsa sinus, middle ear & skin infection with oral/topical antibiotics; sulfamethoxazole tmp ds & mupirocin .. what would be the treatment if it is in my blood? & where would i go? are there any oral prescriptions?

With MRSA bacteremia (bacteria in the blood) you have to be treated with IV antibiotic(s), usually in the hospital first. In certain conditions, the treatment can be done outpatient when antibiotic infusion can be carried out and monitored.
