Mrsa, started taking bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) 48 hours ago, and mupirocin topical. my eye is swelling & have clear/white mucous up from throat. do i need 2 c dr asap?

MRSA: It's hard to tell why your eye is swelling. It would be nice to know where your infection is. If your infection is in your face and is spreading, i would recommend you call your doc's office. They may have you come in today.

Depends: It depends on where your infection was. All you said is that you have mrsa. You didn't say where the infection was and how it originally affected you. If it somehow involves your head and face and you're having eye swelling then absolutely you need to go see your doctor as soon as possible.

Swelling eye: This could be a drug reaction or an extension of infection. See your doctor asap!
