This doesn't really sound abnormal, and it's difficult to conceive of the epididymis becoming more or less indurated (hard) as you describe. Maybe you're just examining yourself too closely. Do you have reason to be anxious about your genitals? But if you're convinced it isn't normal, see a doctor. Good luck.

No. ch. epididymitis is not common. Testicles are sensitive and when you hit them they will hurt. If there was anything wrong with your epididymis it would not hurt just sometimes. Drink plenty of water, wear a good scrotal support. If not better after some time pl see a Urologist. I think you will be OK
