I have a pain under the abdomen and pain in the testicles only when i press the epididymis is there a case of having epididymitis? and in case i have ejaculatory duct obstruction? it's possible to have epididymitis?

Pl do not press your epidid as they are pretty sensitive. If there is no palpable swelling you do not have epididymitis. Ejac duct obstruction is very rare. I suggest leave the epidids alone and wear a good support underwear and you will be fine.
