Hello i have a pain under the left abdomen mainly which i don't have it always. i have a pain in the testicles when i grab and press the epididymis.i have no other symptoms i think it may be epididymitis.i masturbate and have a pain what could it be?

self diagnosis is dangerous. Testis/epidid are sensitive so do not press them. masturbation will not give you pain in the area. Sit in a warm tub for a while or use local dry heat for 10-15 mts. three times a day wear supportive under wear you should be fine. if not better see a Urologist
