Commonly seen, especially if you took medications such as statin, tylenol or you drank alcohol the night before. You can have them retested and do not take tylenol or alcohol the night before. You should not hold statin because mild elevated liver enzymes are well known adverse effect.

These are minor elevations. For peace of mind, abstain from all alcohol for 2 to 4 weeks and repeat these tests. If still elevated I recommend having a hepatitis A,B,&C panel and an ultrasound of the liver for further evaluation. It could be some nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. A gastroenterologist or hepatologist can advise you best.
