Not likely: It would b unusual for someone your age i get melanoma but it is possible. The problem however is that you would not be able to rub the lesions off with causing a significant amount of irritation and likely blood and pain if it was melanoma. Not sure what it is that you r describing but cancer is low on the list.

Black spot: A melanoma would be difficult to "rub off" since the pigment is in the deeper layer of skin . Since the area is dark and is not going away it should be evaluated by a dermatologist to be certain it is not abnormal or cancerous.
