A member asked:

Is fat restored to the same area(s) where it was lost when re-gaining weight, or is it distributed throughout multiple areas? if i lose 2 lbs in my thighs and see a noticeable difference, will that fat return to my thighs if i regain weight?

It depends how you lost the fat deposit initially. If you lost the thigh fat with exercise such as running, stopping this activity will make your thighs accumulating fat when you regain fat weight.

Nature has mandated that new or recurrent fat tissue is deposited in the thighs, pelvis, buttocks and hips of women but in the bellies of men. It has to do with physiological advantages for pregnancy. Men' s fat deposits pose significant health disadvantages.
