Eat Less/exercise mo: You need to lose excess of energy which you have accumulated over years. So it will take some time and lots of effort to lose the weight. The formula to use is to eat healthy but decrease the food intake and also burn more calories by exercising regularly. You need to reduce calorie dense foods(sweets in any form and cut out foods rich in fat) and increase daily activity by walking for 30- 60minut.
