Diet: Exercise certainly helps but a healthy, sustainable diet is the only reliable way to fat loss. The best place to start is by cutting out all sugary drinks and juices (i only drink water), and limiting foods with added sugar. I've always been very fit but i lost at least two inches from my waist just making this simple change, and most people respond well to this adjustment.
