No way: Assume you burn 2500cal a day. That's around 18, 000cal a week. Quit eating entirely for two weeks and you'll burn 36000--or around 10 pounds of fat. Cut your intake in half and you'll drop around 5 pounds--it will look like more at first, since you'll loose fluid as well. A lot depends on how much you weigh now and how active you are. 4-6 weeks to see a difference is a more realistic goal.
