Testicles are very sensitive and will hurt when hit. If you had ch. epididymitis your findings when touching the area would not alternate between normal and hard. Suggest wear a good scrotal support underwear, stop feeling the area so frequently and drink plenty of water. If bladder area pain persists then see a Urologist and also get urine checked Good luck
