Very possibly. Without knowing the condition of your teeth, your bite, and if you grind your teeth nocturnally, it's hard to diagnose over the internet. Have your dentist take a look and decide if a bruxism guard is right for you.

When you workout you strain most of your muscles as well as your facial muscles and most times clench your jaw and teeth. This can lead to your symptoms. Have your dentist construct a bite plate for you, the same type most athletes and see if this helps. If not have your TMJ examined.
