Cervicalgia NeckPain: Is most common musculoskeletal complaint. Tenderness of muscles or inter-vertebral joints is usually poorly localized and can radiate pain to jaws and teeth. The investigations and further assessment by your PCP and possible referral to a specialist is warranted.
