The back left side of my mouth (roof of mouth, gums, into the throat) tingles a bit - almost like im thirsty. water helps but it comes and goes. jaw is a little stiff as i have tmj sometimes. diet has been spicy/salty lately. what could this be?

Could be burn, gum disease, infected tooth/teeth, congenital neuropathy, neoplasm, allergies, reaction to medication, smoking (anything), and so man other possibilities. Have our Dentist examine you.
